Cancellation Policy

Before Delivery Starts

You can request cancellation of any order before delivery has begun. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID — if the order has not entered processing, we will cancel and refund it in full.

After Delivery Starts

Once an order has entered active processing on the target platform, it cannot be cancelled. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where delivery has not completed.
