1. Eligibility
Refunds are issued when we are unable to start your order within 24 hours or when the order fails entirely due to an issue on our side.
2. Non-refundable
Orders placed with wrong usernames, private accounts, deleted posts or partial drops after successful delivery are not refundable.
3. Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days.
